and make passengers check in online to cut costs. Chief executive Michael O’Leary wants just one in five passengers to check in lugggage. Currently 97% of passengers book online and 75% use the internet to check in (Telegraph). Gatwick airport is suing Ryanair for £1.2m in a dispute over check-in fees.
